The CFA Board of Directors has Re-Opened the Upper Lake with new temporary COVID-19 Pandemic Rules. Each house hold will have to provide a signed Pandemic Lake Rules and Hold Harmless for in order to have your key card activated and use either of the two lakes. Only one form is necessary for both of the Lakes. If you have already signed a form for the Lower Lake and turned it in, you already have access to the Upper Lake. You can turn your form in, in person at the Business Office M-W-F between 8:30am and 1:00pm, you can email your form to the Office at crystalfallsranch@att.net or you can put your signed form in the drop box to the left of the Office door.
