The new version is under Members Only at Board Meetings, and also under CC&Rs, ByLaws, & Policies. It will be formally adopted at the July 13 Agenda Meeting, then remain posted for 15 more days of Member Notification.
For those who don’t know, keeping chickens is currently prohibited (as it has been since the founding of CFA) unless one applies for a variance. This document outlines how to do this, and what guidelines shall be followed.
